# Job Title: Purchase Manager **Location:** Okhla Phase I, New Delhi **Experience:** 5+ Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Work Mode:** Work from Office ## About the Role Cloudone Systems is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to lead our procurement function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT procurement, vendor management, price negotiations, and supply chain coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring timely procurement of IT hardware, software, networking, security, and data center products while maintaining cost efficiency and strong supplier relationships. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end procurement of IT infrastructure products, including servers, storage, networking, security, surveillance, cloud, and end-user computing solutions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and authorized channel partners. * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements to achieve the best value for the organization. * Source quotations, compare pricing, and prepare commercial evaluations for management approval. * Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely procurement for customer projects. * Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order execution until successful delivery. * Track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service quality. * Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing procurement costs. * Resolve procurement-related issues such as delayed deliveries, shortages, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies. * Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new technology offerings. * Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance with company policies. * Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving analyses, and management dashboards. * Support strategic sourcing initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements. ## Required Skills * Strong negotiation and commercial acumen. * Excellent vendor management and relationship-building skills. * Good understanding of IT hardware, networking, security, servers, storage, cloud, and software licensing. * Knowledge of procurement lifecycle and supply chain processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously. * High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement systems. ## Preferred Experience * Experience working with an IT System Integrator, IT Infrastructure company, OEM, Value-Added Reseller (VAR), or Technology Distribution company. * Hands-on experience procuring products from leading OEMs and distributors such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Microsoft, Redington, Ingram Micro, Savex, Compuage, and similar partners. * Experience managing high-value procurement and enterprise customer requirements. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. * MBA or relevant procurement certifications will be an added advantage. ## What We Offer * Opportunity to work with a fast-growing IT System Integration company. * Collaborative and professional work environment. * Exposure to enterprise technology procurement and strategic vendor management. * Career growth and learning opportunities. **Location:** Okhla Phase I, New Delhi **Experience:** 5+ Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time
